THE DEMON OF BRIGNOLE What can I say? This name is obviously a positive one. Mr. Gandhi, a master imaginative player on the pitch by day and a creative piadina guru by night, is simply the best kebab shop owner in history. But first things first. This place near Brignole station is the perfect spot because Gandhi obviously has two degrees in geopolitics and knows where to look. The place is quaint, and right from the start, you can smell the multitude of spicy aromas that instantly make your stomach churn. As for the service, I absolutely have to give it a solid 5/5, especially because otherwise Gandhi gets angry, and you should never anger the demon and his right-hand man, known as the Brignole banker, the great man's camp companion. As for the piadinas, they're a work of art. Never ask for a piadina made to your liking; my advice is to let the master do everything, especially since you can't tell an artist how to paint his work. Finally, I highly recommend adding boiled eggs for 2-3 minutes. Mr. Gandhi, because he lives in 3025 and therefore knows they'll be requested, will cook them in his personal boiler at least 10 days in advance, so as not to be caught off guard. Everything is done transparently, as he keeps them right on the counter in plain sight, ready to be carefully picked up and finally inserted into the turbo kebab weighing 4 kg + free natural gastric lavage. NB: I've heard that, for those of us from Brescia, it's best to keep a low profile, as those who claim to be from the city of the Divine Ponytail are minced and used in his delicious dishes. Besides, Gandhi, whether we're talking about the football field or the culinary arena, is always trying to destroy the competition.

The food was terrible, the kebab salad was green only because it was radioactive, unfortunately that day I found myself in Genova Brignone and the right path was already lost (I didn't have a penny) so the kind gentleman at the counter of the Gandhi inn told me that he could offer me a kebab in exchange for his "service", in a few words he showed me how he made the yogurt sauce, excellent service.👍🤯😘

After years of going to Sir. Ghandi to buy the piece at retail I realized that, for passion, he made kebab. Determined to try it, take a piadina with fried potatoes, rust, tomatoes and chalk... Okay, the chalk was not the best, but the kebab was crispy and tasty. I left happy, I only paid for the piece and the kebab was offered to me by the great Ghandi. Excellent experience, I recommend. Kebab dirty and corrupt as I like it. Dirty sandwich, juicy and cheesy. The onion always abundant and tasty. The rice excellent, very good price and well cooked. Warm and welcoming staff, a flaw the bodigard too big is scary. Open at all hours and lately I discovered that it also does kebbabaro.

Excellent kebab, price more than fair for what it offers, the manager found in the evening is really very kind. Highly recommended
